In recognition of Pride month, Rent Dynamics’ CEO, Quincy Rich, sent his annual Pride month message to all the employees of Rent Dynamics.
In his note, Quincy invited everyone in the organization to volunteer, and join in on the festivities that celebrate equity, honor LGBTQIA+ Americans, and recognize the inequalities that this community continues to experience each and every day.
When asked ‘How do we implement change?’ this is what Quincy said:
“The best way to implement change for the LGBTQIA+ community is to work together. June is a great month to highlight our support, and I’m proud to say that here at Rent Dynamics, it’s more than just an acknowledgement this month. Pride is a culture of love, generosity, and respect for everyone year-round. I’m committed to growing a team that will influence change for the positive in our business and community.”
When asked ‘How do we lead by example and act?’, this is what Quincy said:
“We are continuously improving our efforts to listen to everyone and approach decisions through every possible viewpoint and angle. Our CSI (Corporate Social Impact) Board was implemented to create a more inclusive workspace and continue to improve our efforts in supporting marginalized communities.
‘We seek a diverse set of voices and unique points of view’ is not just a bullet point listed on our website. It is a guiding factor for all major business decisions we make. Our people will always come first, and Rent Dynamics welcomes everyone.
We are asking our employees, local community, and partners to look at what they can do to influence human rights. Be brave, dig deep, and feel empowered to make a positive impact. Our organization believes that everyone deserves an equitable share in our progress, and we are here to hold us all accountable for making sure that this is the kind of place people want to work at.”
