With the addition of TAP to its suite of services available to multifamily property owners nationwide, the real estate matchmaker program connects residents with real estate agents and lenders for free, and provides up to $1,295 or more towards the cost of their (the residents) home purchase.

Rent Dynamics launched the first TAP program serving its multifamily property clients in Utah and Arizona back in November 2021, with more states being added to the program’s waitlist.
“The Advantage Program is in its first innings, it’s really just launched in November [2021] for us, and I know that we want to offer this to all of our multifamily assets,” said Isela Rosales, Head of ESG and Sustainability, Bridge Investment Group, during a recent ESG webinar hosted by Goby.
The program partners with multiple Keller Williams and Cross Country Mortgage offices throughout the country to identify and match local real estate professionals and lenders with TAP program participants.
